Hi,

Has anyone opened up a PC case fan made by delta? I just have a 80mm fan sitting here and they are advertised as the most powerful PC fans about. They sound liek a hairdryer on 12V!! Also they are thinker then normal fans so could be a double stator style thing.

Its 80x80 mm fan i got and its 38mm deep! it pulls nearly 1amp just with the standard fan blades on it! I think it could be quite powerful.
