What Frequency?

Hello, I have been reading that 32 Khz is a optimum frequency for outrunner motors. I like using the Phoenix, but it is only 11 Khz. Can anyone give me an idea of how important this is?
I'm new to the forum and have never been on one before. I've been reading for hours on the DIY possibilities of these GB motors but I think I must have missed some important topics along the way. Just kick me in the butt, if I'm asking the same questions that have been up a hundred times before.
I wonder if anyone has ever had the opportunity to try Jeti, Phoenix and Tsunami on the same motor for a comparisome?

Outrunners are high-inductance motors, 4 or 8 kHz is enough. More is not a problem, it only leads to higher switching losses in the ESC.
